HERS BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY

At Hers Boutique, we take pride in delivering high-quality, carefully curated fashion pieces. While we allow returns under certain conditions, our policy ensures fairness for all parties. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns ONLY IF the following conditions are met:

The item must be completely unused, unworn, and in its original condition (including tags, packaging, and any extras like ribbons or tissue paper).

The return must be requested within 24 hours of delivery (as per the tracking system, no exceptions).

The item must be returned in its original shipping box, with all interior packaging completely intact and arranged exactly as received.

The return package must be sealed using the same adhesive tape used in our original shipment.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

All sale or discounted items

Any product that was part of a promotional offer

Clothing or accessories that have been tried on (for hygiene reasons)

Items exposed to any fragrance, body lotion, or detergent

Any product that shows signs of handling, including minor creases from folding

Custom, personalized, or limited-edition pieces

3. Return Shipping Requirements

The customer is responsible for 100% of return shipping costs (must use a tracked, insured courier service).

Returns must be postmarked within 48 hours of delivery (including weekends and holidays).

The package must be photographed from all angles before shipping as proof of its original condition.

The tracking number must be emailed within 1 hour of drop-off at the courier.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once received, returns undergo a strict quality inspection (can take up to 60 business days).

If ANY signs of use, scent, damage, or repackaging are found, the return is automatically denied, and the item will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Approved returns qualify for store credit only (no refunds).

5. Exceptions & Disclaimers

We reserve the right to deny returns at our discretion, even if all conditions appear to be met.

Any dispute regarding returns must be submitted via handwritten letter mailed to our headquarters.
